The Community is the first and best place to ask a question or start a discussion.

Use Coaches Corner to ask questions of your LACP Coaches and Team.
Use Community Discussion and Affinity Groups to start a discussion thread.
LACP Coaches and Team will check and respond on Mon, Wed and Fri.

Live Office Hours
Next best place to get your questions answered LIVE in a group learning format.
Once a month call; 50 minutes long.
Ask questions in advance on the LACP Live Office Hour thread in the Community.
Participate to ask questions and be part of open discussion.

Group Coaching Inbox
Send confidential or sensitive questions or situations to
Report technical issues.
Ask billing questions.
Group administrator checks the inbox on regular business days.
Responses from coaches and team are generally provided within 48 hours (MWF).
Jarvis Financial responds on LACP Thursdays.

Private Office Hours Call with a Coach
First come, first serve basis – request using Request a Call under Contact Us.
Calls are 15-30 minutes.
Each coach has set aside 2 hours a month for private office hours.
Used for urgent, major or personal issues and questions that require discussion and/or coaching.
Calls are recorded and shared with group if appropriate.
